Hi folks,

I run an SEO agency with a team of 10+ people. I officially started the agency in 2024, but I have been managing SEO clients since 2017.

Over the years, I have worked on:

  • Local SEO
  • SaaS SEO
  • Programmatic SEO
  • Content and link-building strategies
  • Scaling SEO for agencies and service businesses

I have handled client acquisition, delivery, hiring, pricing, and retention. I have also made mistakes and learned what actually works.

If you are:

  • Starting an SEO agency
  • Scaling from freelancer to agency
  • Struggling with clients or delivery
  • Curious about real SEO strategies that work today

Ask me anything.

How did you get your initial clients?

I was active in a lot of SEO groups/communities over Facebook and WhatsApp. So, every day I used to share SEO insights or case studies. This helped me to connect with people who needed SEO services.

After that, I keep getting referral clients.

Is your business impacted by the AI search changes? Like my industry of content writing is severely impacted and I believe SEO would have also got impacted a lot.

Not exactly. But this has changed how we used to measure SEO success. Also, clients now have a different priority. They want to get cited in AI overviews or LLM platforms, rather than only generating leads for the business.
