Most AI Call Bots on Websites Are Still Useless

I have noticed many companies adding AI call bots and voice agents to their websites lately. But honestly, most of them do not work properly.

Today I was browsing a tech agency website and tried their AI bot. It could not understand basic questions properly and kept giving irrelevant responses. I spent almost 10 minutes trying to get simple information and finally gave up.

Instead of creating a good experience, it left a bad impression of the agency itself.

It feels like many companies are adding AI bots just because AI is trending right now, not because the product is actually ready or useful.

A bad AI experience is worse than having no AI at all.
