How to get my first eCom order on Flipkart without running Ads?

I am in the kids toys market and have listed around 20 products on Flipkart. All of these are unique items and not very common, so I expected at least some traction. But in the last 3 weeks I have not received a single order.

Not running ads right now, trying to understand organic first. Can someone guide what I might be missing and how to get my first few orders?

Have you checked if your listings are getting impressions at all? Also how are your titles, keywords, and pricing compared to similar products on Flipkart?
