I have been testing a number of products on Meesho over the last few weeks and wanted to share two that are actually converting well right now.

1. Women’s Cotton Co-ord Set (Kurti + Pant)

  • Selling price range: ₹599 to ₹899
  • Sourcing cost: ₹250 to ₹400
  • Why it works: Daily wear, simple prints, fast moving sizes like M, L, XL.

Most orders are COD and repeat orders come if quality is decent. Neutral colors and minimal designs are doing better than heavy prints.

2. Foldable Multipurpose Storage Boxes (Cloth Organizer)

  • Selling price range: ₹199 to ₹349 per piece
  • Sourcing cost: ₹70 to ₹120
  • Why it works: Utility product, high demand in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

People usually buy 2 to 4 units per order. Good margins if you bundle.

Both are low return risk if you maintain quality and correct sizing. Focus on clean images and clear size details. Let me know if you want more such products.

What is your RTO for Women Kurtis? I have heard that clothing segment usually has high RTO and user returns as well.

Yeah RTO can be high in clothing if not handled properly. For kurtis, we are seeing around 25 to 35 percent depending on the design and pricing. It goes up if sizing is unclear or images are misleading.

What helped us reduce it was using real product images, adding proper size charts, and focusing on standard sizes like M, L, XL. Also COD confirmation calls in some cases helped a bit. Returns still happen but they are manageable if quality is consistent.

How are you even profitable with that much return rate?

We price with RTO in mind so even after 25 to 30 percent RTO, the orders that get delivered still leave profit. We keep sourcing cost low, avoid heavy ads, and rely more on organic and Meesho traffic.

Where are you sourcing your clothing from? Are you working with local wholesalers, Surat suppliers, or any specific platforms? Would help to know what’s working for you.
