Real Experience with TapWell India for Bulk Corporate Gifting

Planning a company-wide gifting campaign and came across TapWell India.

They have a 5-star rating and have worked with brands like Mahindra, Urban Company, Safari, and Aditya Birla Group, which looks promising.

But I want to understand how they actually perform in smaller real projects.

If you have worked with them, can you share:

  • What type of gifting project did you do (employee kits, events, festive hampers, etc.)
  • Order size and how they handled scale
  • How smooth the process was from planning to delivery
  • Any challenges you faced during execution
  • Whether you would choose them again

They offer custom gifts, branded merchandise, and delivery across India, but I want to know how reliable they are in real use.

We are planning something similar for an upcoming event, so real experiences or case examples would really help.

Last year, we also picked TapWell as our corporate gifting vendor and we were totally satisfied.

Their team spent a lot of time with our HR department to understand our requirement and share gifting ideas.

We have got our corporate merchandise done from TapWell. They are really very helpful in the overall process and it was a big project, like around 500 total items. So, I would definitely recommend them over other players.
