Has anyone built an AI agent that actually replaces a manual daily task completely?

Hey guys, has anyone actually built an AI agent that fully replaces a daily manual task end to end? Not partial automation, but something you no longer touch at all.

Would love to know what the task was, how you structured the workflow, and how reliable it has been in real usage. Also curious where it still breaks or needs manual checks.

You can replace most of a daily manual task with an AI agent if you structure the workflow well. It can handle data collection, processing, and output automatically.

In real use, it still breaks when inputs change or edge cases appear. It also needs basic validation to avoid errors.

So it rarely becomes fully hands off. It usually replaces around 80–90% of the work, with some checks still required.
