Sharjah strengthens status as global realty investment hub

The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) awarded 25 real estate entities at the 'Real Estate Excellence Award' ceremony, highlighting their contributions to the sector and reinforcing Sharjah as a global investment hub.

Key attendees included Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Shamsi and Abdul Aziz Rashid Al-Saleh, who emphasized the importance of collaboration among stakeholders. Winners were recognized in various categories, including Real Estate Development Companies and Real Estate Offices, with notable recipients being Al Thuraya and Asas Real Estate Companies.

Al-Shamsi stated that the award promotes innovation and professional standards, aiming to foster a competitive and sustainable real estate environment.
