Founded in 2021 by CEO Joanna Strober, the company initially focused on menopause care but has evolved into an AI-driven enterprise. During a recent event, Strober highlighted how AI has transformed operations, enabling the training of thousands of providers to better assist patients.

With a focus on high-quality data, Midi Health developed a proprietary chatbot to address the challenges posed by outdated research on women's health.

This approach has allowed the company to efficiently serve over 20,000 women weekly. Additionally, Strober emphasizes that AI is being used to enhance job functions rather than displace staff, as seen in the significant time savings for tasks like contract standardization.
